CK Support Solutions LLC – Advanced Plan Service Agreement

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is between CK Support Solutions LLC (“Provider”) and the subscribing client (“Client”).

1. Services Included

The Advanced Plan includes all services from our Basic Plan ($28/month tier), plus the following additional benefits:

  • Priority Scheduling – Next available appointment for service requests.

  • Data Backup and Restore Assistance – Help backing up data, transferring files to external drives, or migrating data to new devices.

  • Unlimited Remote Support Sessions – Assistance by phone, video chat, or screen sharing.

  • Expanded In-Home Support – Up to two visits per month, each lasting up to 90 minutes.

  • Device Training Sessions – Personalized one-on-one guidance for computers, smartphones, and smart devices.

  • Home Wi-Fi Optimization – Troubleshooting dead zones, router placement adjustments, and improving signal coverage.

  • Discounted Additional Services – Reduced rates for visits or services beyond those included.

  • Scam prevention - in person and remote active care and questions to help you make the right choices and protect your family

2. Fair Use Policy

“Unlimited” remote support is subject to fair use. Support is intended for normal, personal use. Excessive requests (e.g., multiple hours of assistance per day or repeated non-urgent issues) may be rescheduled at the Provider’s discretion or billed separately.

3. Limitations of Service

The Provider will make every reasonable effort to resolve technical issues. However, certain problems may not be repairable due to:

  • Hardware failures

  • Software limitations

  • Manufacturer or vendor restrictions

The Provider does not guarantee that every issue will be resolved or that services will meet the Client’s expectations in all cases.

4. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide necessary access (passwords, devices, etc.) for services.

  • Maintain a valid payment method on file.

  • Back up important data prior to service unless requesting backup assistance.

  • Ensure a safe work environment for in-home visits.

5. Payment Terms

  • Billed monthly in advance via automatic payment.

  • If payment fails, services will be paused until the account is current.

  • Accounts more than 15 days past due may be terminated.

6. Cancellations & Renewals

This Agreement renews automatically each month unless canceled. To cancel, written notice must be provided at least 14 days prior to the next billing date.

7. Confidentiality

All client information and data will be treated as confidential and accessed only for the purpose of providing requested services.

8. Termination of Service

The Provider may decline or discontinue service if:

  • Equipment is unsafe to work on.

  • Content or activity involves illegal material.

  • Client behavior is abusive, threatening, or otherwise unacceptable.

9. Liability Disclaimer

  • The Provider is not responsible for data loss, business interruption, or indirect damages.

  • Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

  • The Provider is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its control (e.g., internet outages, power failures, natural disasters).

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

By subscribing to the Advanced Plan, the Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Agreement.
